nonnatzkrr B.V. operates an artisan bakery and café located at Hoofdstraat 202, 4880 KY Breda, Netherlands. We provide fresh baked goods, specialty coffee, and related café services both in-person at our location and through our website. Our VAT number is NL892405731B01, and we are subject to Dutch law and regulations governing food service establishments.
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the website in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks, or interfere with any other party's use of the website. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to our website through hacking, password mining, or any other means.
When placing orders for our products or services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by nonnatzkrr. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. Custom orders and catering services require advance notice and are subject to separate terms that will be communicated at the time of booking.
All prices displayed on our website and at our location are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT where required by law. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, though price changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment for products and services must be made at the time of purchase or as otherwise agreed upon for custom orders. We accept various payment methods as displayed at our location and on our website.
We take food safety seriously and follow all applicable health and safety regulations. However, our bakery works with ingredients including wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, and other common allergens. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens. Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should inform our staff and make their own informed decisions about consuming our products. We are not liable for allergic reactions or dietary issues resulting from consumption of our products.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns of food items. Custom orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, subject to a cancellation fee to cover ingredients already prepared. We will provide refunds or replacements for products that are demonstrably defective or do not meet our quality standards, at our sole discretion.
All content on the nonnatzkrr website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of nonnatzkrr B.V. or its content suppliers and is protected by Dutch and international copyright laws. The nonnatzkrr name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of nonnatzkrr B.V. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without our express written consent.
If you submit any content to our website, including reviews, comments, or messages through contact forms, you grant nonnatzkrr a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for business purposes. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to nonnatzkrr in the twelve months preceding the claim. nonnatzkrr shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms of Service which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature or acts of God, acts of war, terrorism, riots, civil disorders, rebellions or revolutions, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control. In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and fulfil obligations when circumstances permit.
